Any food that is raw is an exception. Also it contains good fat not bad fat. The way that you have been taught to eat by this society is responsible for making obesity (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) the # 1 health problem in the world soon to surpass hunger and infectious disease. So you are a victim of this pandemic (epidemic).

You need to re-learn how to eat. The site below covers everything you need to know. Make sure to learn all of it. Do this and you can be thin. Do this not and you will remain part of this pandemic. Obesity will keep getting worse while people worry about imaginary pandemics like the bird flu.

Avocados are packed with nutrients. Rich in vitamin A, vitamin E and potassium, they are useful sources of vitamin B6 and mono-unsaturated fat. Due to their high vitamin E content avocados have powerful antioxidant properties which help slow down ageing, protect against cancer, heart disease and many other problems.

Calories in Avocados:
1 avocado, flesh only = 340 calories

There are fats that are bad for you, like saturated and trans fats, and fats that are good for you, like monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. Avocadoes are filled with healthy monounsaturated fat, which reduce cholesterol levels and protect against heart disease and help you to feel full. So while a little bit is excellent for you, too much will make you chubby.

Yes, they have all of the above, as she mentioned. They are full of fat and calories, this is why they must be eaten in moderation! Don't eat more than one a week if that, if you do, you'll be defeating your purpose. Of course if you want to eat more than this, you might want to change your "light" exercise to heavy exercise.
