The planter's wart (I've viewed pictures of them) Seem like what's going on, yet all those pictures seem to be very dry bumps. There seem almost like blisters. Many tiny ones lining the insides of my toes.

Could be Dishydrotic Eczema. I have it and it begins with small clusters of while bumps.
