make sure the battery last for a few weeks, and better if the coffin is equipped with charger /electricity. dont forget that mobile phone wont work underground, so, need external antenna or a small base transmitter station inside the coffin would do. who's gonna take care the bill? and what if, the bill shows there are phone charges??? creepy... but, many people are also cremated???

i would say get a land line when you go, with so many dropped calls above ground, besides the service suckss 6 feet below ground, and the going over your minutes charges is probilly what put you there in the first place, so not a good thing to be buried, just go with the weekend at bernie's look and be done with it, HAND have a nice day!

sure why not, there are lots of phones out there and they should all be buried. better safe than sorry, after a month it would probably be safe to cancel the plan.

Maybe...But if your already in the casket and the dirts on top of it, it will take some time to dig you out....and the amount of air in there isn't that great.
