How long do I have to wait for a refund of overpayment?

refunds can take up to 30 days. ( to a credit or debit acct) some banks allow you to dispute charge for 90 days. SO make sure to take action asap.

Call Time Warner, bypass the associate, go straight to the manager of the cancellations department.
Insist upon a timely refund, or you'll take it to the media.
You'll probably see it within 48 hours.

Letters, letters, letters. Send a letter with copies of all bills and coorespondence. Keep a copy of the letter.
Good luck. My problem resolved with TW in 60 days, finally. Hassle.
