How long do I have to wait for a refund of overpayment?

ive worked with a couple of cable contractors and they are shady.... there was probably some hidden disconnect fee. Especially if you signed a paper that they had you sign at your house when they came to shut it off. They just tell you to sign but you probably signed not only for a disconnect but a new outlet as well. Its a way for the contractors to make more money. Sorry to bear bad news. Just keep calling them and see if they can get it to you..

Call Time Warner and verify the mistake. Then they will send you a refund usually takes 4 to 6 weeks
