This is from a magnet I have on my refrigerator door. Of course it says Iowa corn on the cob: 6 unhusked ears of Iowa corn {any corn on the cob will do} Peel away discolored husks and soak corn in remaining husks in water for 10 minutes. Drain and place in Microproof dish. Microwave on high for 10-12minutes. Butter as needed and Salt and Pepper to taste.

Go to www.allrecipes.com and you can look it up there. I usually put it in a large Ziploc baggie unsealed and cook it for 5-10 minutes. When you take it out, stick a fork in a kernel and if it goes in easily, then it done. If it still seems tough, then put it for a few more minutes.
