I get a big ice cold bottle of water & then if I still want something I'll get some protein, piece of cheese, handful of nuts to satisfy the craving.

Have a snack, or eat more often during the day. Of course keep track of your blood sugar, but eating smaller portions more often will help you gain weight, so just eat when you're hungry and stop eating when you're not hungry anymore.

Drink a glass of water. However, being diabetic, eat some fruit, as your blood sugar could be dropping quickly. See your doctor.

When late night hunger hits me, I drink water until I'm full. Maybe I'm just tricking my mind, but it really does work for me.

Hope this will help you!

Best wishes!!
