Have you ever been to Singapore? They have so many laws and fines over there. Theres a t-shirt that states Singapore is a FINE city. Spitting is a fine, chewing gum, as a matter fact chewing gum is illegal all together in the country. Seeing is how all the rules and fines people just don't want to live there.

I love Singapore and I would like to live there but I think that for some people they might not want their children (boys) drafted. There is such a good education system but i personally don't want my kid to be drafted.
