Some (many actually) today probably have updated cabs but the originals, being built in the 1960s and early '70s were nothing fancy, they all carried the basic cab of any other diesels during those days (GEs, EMDs, Alcos, and to a leser extent, Lima and Baldwins). The interiors during those days were usually painted a light green color and the engineer's control stand, brake, and other vitals were located on the righthand side of locomotive with the conductor/brakeman's seat to the left (and sometimes an additional seat was located near the center).
