The best time to talk to a girl when you see her for the first time...talk to her when she's stopped somewhere like in a store or at a drink machine or something, not when she's walking. Give her a genuine compliment like "You look nice today" or "You have a pretty smile." Most of the time a girl won't shrug you off or look at you weird when you compliment them, but there are some people out there who think that every guy who looks at them wants something. A nice girl will thank you and smile. Take it from there with something like "I was thinking about buying this cd (name a band or something), have you heard them? Are they a good band?" Ask her opinionated questions and if she's nice and wants to be approached by you, she'll continue talking to you. If she doesn't want to be approached by you, she'll keep it short or give a reason to just walk away. Don't sweat it. It's not as hard to get the NICE girls as it seems. The bitchy ones will be difficult and put up a fight. lol.

Walk up to her and say hello....be sure that she doesn't have a boyfriend or he's not around.... that's always the best thing to do.
