only if you skip out on paying the rent, not move on time or if you damage things and she doesnt take care of the bill before they send a collection agency after her. So, bottom line... nothing will show unless you dont pay or take care of the place.

Yes, it will show that she co-signed for you.
Anything her name, address, and social is attached to will show up on her credit report. Since she is a co-signer she is also responsible for the loan.
If the loan is paid and in good terms then it may even help her but not usually as a co-signer. That's why man married people sometimes keep different accounts. One they can just abuse and the other always in good standing.

Co-signing for the lease wouldn't show on her credit, but if you had a loan that she cosigned, it could.
However, even with a lease, if you left without paying or otherwise ended up owing them money, that could show up on her credit.

Yes and if you don't pay they can sue her for the money because she is just as responsible as you for making the payments and keeping the apartment nice.

No. Rent, cable, phone, utilities...will not show up. But if you are late on rent or any of the above they will show up.

It very possibly could. It is a financial obligation she is agreeing to. She will have to pay if you don't.
