Here is the deal. I love my cat, but she meows CONSTANTLY. I could love on her all day, feed her, clean her box, give her water, play with her, and she will still loook straight at me and meow for about 15 long seconds at a time. I hate to be annoyed by it, but she is almost 3 now, and she has always been this way. Any suggestions?

This is part of her personality. There honestly isnt much you can do besides surgery and drugs. Which I would not recommend either. Some cats are like that. I have 3 cats myself and one will meow if he cant see anyone else. He is kind of like yours and meows constantly lol At any rate as I said i wouldnt recommend doing anything.

You need the cat whisperer! She's trying to tell you something. Good thing you didn't get a dog, huh? If I were you, I'd think of doing the pilot for the new show "Cat Swap." Either that or divorce the fiesty fussy feline.

Your cat knows that you love it too much, it knows that you would do anything for it. It probably doesn't think that you would get annoyed by it. When it meows, try to close its mouth, it should knows that it's getting on your last nerve.

Good luck

She's singing to you! No, is she looking at you? This is going to sound pshicotic, but look into her eyes the next time she does it. Is she asking you somthing or is she just talking to you? ("Yeah, like after that he wouldn't talk to me and it was like so annoying. One time at band camp..." says Miss Kitty)
I think she just is a talkitive cat. You could tell her that's annoying and to please shut up.
