Hun its never the outside but the inside that counts! Remember beauty is in the eye of the beholder! My ex was 260lbs when I met her and we hit it off very well. we stood together for 6yrs and we have a beautiful daughter. after she gave birth she went from 280lbs to 450lbs and I was still with her until she ended up cheating on me. but its all about how you feel about yourself and how your boyfriend and friends feel also. If they call you fat and belittle you then those R not your friends. stay strong and confident always. If you ever need to talk to someone ever the vamp is always here to lend you an ear...good luck..

Quit worrying so much about what you eat in relation to your weight. You can lose weight through a balance of exercise and dieting, not one or the other. So don't chow down on everything you see, but go ahead and eat an average amount of food. When you're hungry, snack a little. It's proven that a bunch of little meals throughout a day can be healthier than 3 big ones. Don't resist cravings, just control them. You want chocolate, great. Eat a candy bar and drink a glass of water or something. Balance unhealthy with healthy. That way you won't get super obsessive over what you eat, and you can still balance your food.
And exercise! Go jogging or walk a dog or play outside or something. Even just running in place inside your house will work! Just burn some calories.
Do these too things, and cut out the binging and purging. You'll feel better about yourself, and be in better shape.
Just remember moderation. Don't do any extreme diets or any extreme eating, and you'll be just fine. :)
The key step is to relax. You're probably a beautiful person and even if you are a little overweight that doesn't mean you're fat and disgusting. If you're a lot overweight, you should diet and exercise but it still doesn't mean your fat and disgusting. Don't let what other people say get to you. Your image of yourself is built on self-confidence, not what other people say about you. So feel good about yourself and you'll start looking better and better in that mirror, regardless of your weight.

You are addicted to the COMPLIMENTS. The food stuff you can get over. I used to weigh 113 (5'6'')and I looked sick all the time. But because girls said I looked good, I kept starving myself and avoiding most foods. Now that my self-esteem is better, I weigh about 145 and eat when I need to eat. It will take discipline, but I'm sure that you will be able to do this. You already realize that you have a problem, and that's the first step.

See a therapist. I struggled with Weight as well. But Binging isn't going to help any. The only person that can change you, IS YOU. Quit worrying about what you look like, Love yourself. CAUSE YOUR not alone in this situation. Find a crisis line. Found in your yellow pages. They can assist you also in the right direction. be honest, and Open with people. Allow them to help you get through it.
How you see yourself wont change because someone else does it. It will change because you BELIEVE IN YOURSELF TO CHANGE.

The beginning of eating disorder. All that stress and obsession with losing the weight messed up your head.
Stop and think. I meditate to clear my mind. If you can't overcome it by your own strength of will, talk to your mom about it. Try fighting it yourself first--I hate counselors, people trust them so much, but I was in some ways a messed up kid too and I was referred to one. I found out through this that it's no joke that they try the "tell me your feeeelings" crap on you. It doesn't work, it just wastes your time. I faked acting normal to get out, then started being myself again.
Trust me, hon, if you are comforted by a person in a wierd outfit that you haven't met before in your life, more than you are comforted by your family and friends, there is something wrong with you.
I don't mean to be harsh. I just think you should try to overcome this yourself before running off to seek comfort in a bunch of creeps in wierd outfits. Again, I recommend meditation. If you don't like that, explore your current interests and hobbies.

Binging and purging is not good. It's hard on your digestive system and hard on your teeth. Get out and do something. Take your dog for a walk and if you don't have a dog...borrow your neighbour's dog. Just get some exercise!!
