Different in every house hold. In mine it would certainly be me! I am the one who does all the housework even though i work full time (my partner also works full time) and i cook every meal, arrange the bills etc. Even if he has a few days i have to ask him to do the washing or to hoover and then i come home 7 hours later and the washing is just on a spin cycle and the hoover is still upstairs! He would go mad if he came home to that when i was home all day!
But, it does depend. My partners a lazy so and so and home but some men aren't and I'm sure that you will be great if your wife has faith in you doing a better job than her

The answer is the one that does the best job of staying home and taking care of the house and child(ren). It is not an easy job for anyone. Finances factor in too. The one who is able to make the most money should be the one working. That hardly seems fair but it certainly a reality. If your wife has a masters degree in nursing and you have worked at Taco Bell all your life, she gets to work because she can better pay the bills. I admire that men are interested in staying home and taking care of the family. You go guys!!!!

Depends how much effort you put into being a house husband or house wife.

I think it depends on what each is willing to do. My husband would make a TERRIBLE house husband. I remember seeing his place when he was a bachelor. He also spent 6 months unemployed and my workload actually increased. On the other hand, my friend's husband doesn't work and her house is always immaculate, he cleans and cooks, takes care of the kids, etc.

There are certain things in the house that my husband is far better at doing than I am, for instance he cleans the kitchen floor to perfection, his salad meals that he prepares for us are a work of art. He is a really superb dad, and we love him to bits and appreciate all of his hard work and the way he cares for us, theres a but though I am by far the best decorater in the house, so we share the chores but I do all of the decorating. I would say its 50/50 on the who's the best one though.....

I think it depends on the person. I have friends, a couple, and even though the wife is home more days than the husbad, he is a far superior housekeeper! He was also a Marine though, I think he just has a better eye for detail and is used to doing what needs to be done....

I truely believe that a Man can do Housework just as well IF not better then a female.. And a female can do the same Jobs as a Man
I also believe that if a female takes a job that requires certain things from a Female that she should be able to do those things on HER OWN without the males help....
