Drink a drink sometimes cause my arm to feel numb, since alcohol has sugar, I want to have an occasional drink without sugar

Sugar is added to all for fermentation so, no there is not! Why does the sugar cause your arm to go numb? Maybe you shouldn't drink and you may want to consult your doctor.

No. Alcohol IS sugar.

Alcohol is converted into sugar in your body anyway - so you have no chance.

ummm, no it's not the sugar...it is the alcohol, as it is a toxin and can make you numb
