I've been going thru treatment for a small addiction to marijuana and would like to start looking for a job very soon, but I want to be sure the THC is out of my system before applying to any organization that drug tests. My metobolic rate is extremely high and I have very little body fat for the chemical to be stored so I'm just curious if there is any health org. that will offer a drug screen.

YES.... They sell the kits at any Wall-Mart. Pharmacy. Ask a Pharmacists. They will be able to assist you and point you in the right direction. I cant remember the name of the Test. But we had to use it on my 14 year old Nephew. To test if he had been doing any drugs. They work and are 99.9 % Effective. Kinda like the pregnancy test.
Hope you find it.

Anonymous Drug Testing

I would call him drug-less at this point. I realize that no parent wants their child to be using any kind of drugs, but is there a particular reason you are testing him so often? You said you've been testing him every 3 weeks for the last 5 months and that seems very excessive unless there are other issues that have led to this. He seems very young to have blood pressure problems also, and unless he has something that has been lifelong, I would agree with one of the previous posters who suggested it may be due to the environment he is living in. Can you imagine your parents drug testing you every few weeks and the total lack of trust a parent has for their child? There is something going on here besides just testing positive for drugs. Are you going to continue testing him until he moves out? Not so great for a relationship later on in life. I have worked as a counselor and also worked in drug/alcohol treatment programs, and unless something is going on that you failed to mention, I can tell you almost for certain this is setting him/you up for disaster later on. If he is only testing positive for marijuana and nothing else, I would cut out the testing and work on trust and family relationships.

Yes, the same labs that work for employers often do it for individuals. If you've been actually going through treatment, that organization should be able to direct you.

What's with all of the people worrying about drug tests these days? This isn't a new phenomenon. (end of rant)

well i don't have a great answer but i do have one. Have you tried to go to your family doctor and ask them if they could give you a test? also depending on your age maybe you could have your parents help. maybe you could even try using the cir to method. i hope every thing goes well for you. and remember try to stay drug free they are bad for you anyways. keep your head up!

Why not just ask your doctor to test your blood, or whatever? Ever hear of doctor-patient privelege? They aren't allowed to give out your medical records to just anyone.

Most pharmacies have them available over the counter.
