No there is nothing wrong with continuing to love someone or have feelings for them once you are no longer together.

Love is a wonderful thing.

I love my wife with every part of my being , she is my everything.

But I could never stop loving or carring about my ex-wife, we did not make it work, but we put much into a relationship that did not work.

my suggestion is that you use the experience that you have gleane dfrom the past to forward your new relationship,

remember your ex and your new friend are two seperate people , do not get them confiused as one or the same.

you keep LOVING and you will be alright,
especially in my book.

BLESS YA.

No its not wrong. It's human. You can truly be in love with the person you are with now, and still have a very special place in your heart for an ex that you shared part of your life with in the past.

i don't think so just because you couldn't make things work with your ex doesn't mean that you didn't care for him greatly or even love him it just means you weren't meant to be together it is ok to still care for your ex you don't have to hate him u can still care for them.....but if it starts to get in the way of your new relationship then maybe you r just not over your ex & want to try to get back together & work things out if that is the case then yes it is unfair you should break things off....if not then just go on with your life and dont feel bad or guilty about your feelings there is nothing wrong with it u r only human!!

depends on the kinda feeling u have for your ex. if its just the past memories, or the left-over chemistry that would go no where, its not wrong. as long as u stay true to your current guy and not do anything behind his back with your ex which might start something up again.

no it is not wrong at all
the person was once the one you loved and you gave that person a little space in your heart
like heart muscle never comes back, once you give a person a little piece of your heart it cannot be reversed.
if you feel guilty then talk to your current one about your feelings and do with a calm mind and no maater waht happens stay calm maybe you will find an understanding.

It's normal to have certain feelings for your ex--after all, you have shared part of your life with them. At times, I feel that way, too. However, when I speak to him, and find out what a b@#$%^& he is, I get cured very quickly!

Is it wrong? Only if you act on those feelings. Is it normal? Totally.

Just remember... an ex is usually an ex for a reason.

No; feelings are natural especially when you share a part of your life with that person. It would be wrong if you act on those feelings; now that you're seeing someone else.
