My moms giving me the option of a PSP or a digital camera. I want both A LOT, but I don't know which one to choose. I made a list of pros and cons for buying each one, but it comes out a tie. I tried a lot of things to help me decide, but none of them worked. I'm coming to you guys as a last resort, so please don't let me down. Can you please give me a answer and a reason why I should pick your answer. Thanks 4 your help, and hopefully I'm able to make a decision from what you guys tell me. <3

I'm going to hershey park this summer ,and on the car drive there i want to have something to do......which one would be better?

Sorry- some more details. Now, I'm going to Hershey Park, and its a couple-hour drive there, so the PSP would be a better choice to keep me occupied in the car, but the camera would come in handy in remembering all the fun I will have. I have a myspace, and I want to put pictures on it, and to do that I need a digital camera. But a PSP would come in handy when I'm bored or wanna watch a movie and my brothers usin the dvd player(like always)....lol

A digital camera will allow you to have fun by yourself, as well as with other people. You can use it to take pictures everywhere you go, and then you can share those pictures with your friends and family. The memories you'll capture in the pictures will last you a lot longer than a PSP.

Another great thing about a digital camera is that once you have the camera (and maybe a larger memory card than the one that ships with the camera), you can have great fun without spending any more money. You can post your pictures to a website like Flickr for others to see, and you only have to pay for prints when you want them.

A PSP can do much more things, such as play games, watch movies, listen to music. It pretty much depends on what you do more. If you take a lot of pictures, go with the camera. But if you go to school or travel a lot go with the PSP. It will get outdated eventually, but so will the digital camera. Another thing you should take into consideration is developing the pictures. I would personally pick the PSP.

You will need games for the PSP so think about that and if your mom is willing to get you games you could trade them for a camera and have both. Cameras are outdated very quickly and can be bought at a pawn shop fairly cheap. The PSP will be more expensive if you get the chance to get something else. PSP all the way

get a digital camera. PSP is going to be outdated after a year or two but the digital camera can be used anytime and anywhere. capture happy and sad moments so that u can look at it anytime.
BUT IN THE END U HAVE TO CHOOSE JUST MAKE SURE U KNOW THE RIGHT THING FOR U IF U RN'T SURE THEN WAIT UNTIL U DO.
good luck

I feel you should get the PlayStation Portable because it has anything a person would ever want in a personal mobile device and Nikon is coming out with an attachment for the PSP that records video and take pictures so. Buy the PSP

Get the digital camera. I have one and I use it all of the time. You will always need a camera to capture memories. A PSP will become outdated more quickly and the games are pretty expensive (about $45).

PSP, all a camera can do is take photos, you can pick up a lower end one for really cheep that will work almost as well.

now with the PSP go to a place that has used ones and get only firmware 1.50 or 2.00, do not upgrade it past 2.00 or you will not be able to do alot of the cool stuff.

check out http://psphacking101.com
and http://fanjita.org/

if you get or upgrade past 2.00 you will eventually regret it.
