When "50cent"" requested a visa to visit Australia it was refused on the grounds that he had admitted to a criminal past. Mr cent then had to admit that that in fact he had no criminal record at all and it was all just part of his "ïmage"..big time gangster?..hardly

I agree with you, and what never fails to amaze me is the number of young white middle class males who buy their stuff, and copy their idol's image. white 'gangsta wannabe's' are amusing additions to the street scene as long as you don't step on them.

they want to desperately believe that there is more to life than early death...it's the belief that these unsuspecting people hold onto with such fierceness.. There are no better examples for these people because of their situations, no better examples exist (because really, how many successful peiople you know live in the hood?), so these "gansta rap" people give hope (no matter how false and useless that hope is) to usually hopeless youth in these ghettos and slums all over the world...the hope that if they sell enough drugs, beat and disrespect enough women, kill many so-called enemies and figure out how to put it in a catchy beat, then they too can have it all...sad i know, but let the poor, poor children hold on to the hope, because it's all they have.

Most of the people who are being conned by these gangstas are the people who buy their music( If it can be called that ). Which is mostly children and teens.

Why does so much be aloud. We have to much bad, nasty, things that are put on our tv's and radio what happen how did we lose control if that s what FREEDOM OF SPEACH is then we need to reconsider our rights. Because it looks like the only ones that take advantage of our rights is the scum and crimanals.

These guys are real scum. They all start out as drug-dealers and then make their whole career off of bragging about their criminal pasts. Great role models for black youth.

yea i know i do not think it's cool if they are criminals I just like to listen to the clean version of the music I am no conned because I do not see them as role models but as dum rich losers who can rhyme REALLY WELL

All forms of rap music should be banned.and people who listen to that garbage need to be arrested and thrown in jail. as far as mr cent goes ..... he needs to go the way tupac shakur and bigg smalls went .......... SHOT DEAD
