In my opinion, add-ons like turbo, super charge or NOS on an engine that is not designed as a high performance unit is not worth the while because it's gonna be very costly. If you force induce the engine, the ECU has to be replaced with a programmable unit as well.
I don't know how it's done in your country but over here, the cheaper & more effective way'd be swap the engine to a half cut Japanese engine. I believe you have a 5S-FE as a stock, so a Celica 3S-GTE will fit. You can use the original gear box from your Camry. Depending on model, the Celica turbo engine will give you about 220-250 PS stock standard.

The answer is yes...you can add HP to it but it depends on what you are willing to do, and can afford. You can do some lesser expensive things like changing to a low flow exhaust, K & N performance air filter, installing a performance chip, adding a nitrous boost system (this might be illegal for street use though-check local law where you live). All of these things will add a few HP...or you can turbocharge it for a couple grand if you want to do a major upgrade. You can also go to your local Auto Zone, etc and they may be able to print out a list of some relatively cheap HP-boosting ideas for your vehicle.
Hope this helped a little.

Get an exahaust, cold-air intake, and headers. That'd cost you about 1000 bucks. or u can get nitrous for around 600 bucks but that is more of a hassle.
