They do say that breast fed babies develope quicker and it may be because you did so. They also say that some breastfeeding is better than none. My daughter weened herself after 3 months and her cousin who is the same age never took the breast, my daughter (who is the same age) is much more 'advanced' as you put it. My own opinion is that breast feeding is a wonder worker!

Well well done for breast feeding at all you have helped your baby greatly, i hate the fact that people feel bad about giving it up, ou have tried and that is all it takes, formula milk does not have any negative affects on the baby so dont worry. And no sorry she is probably just a brighht baby. The lists that contain the expected attributes are taken form those that were breast and bottle feed so they a a guide, all babys are good at some things but not at others, she may excel in soem areas and leave others to later, this is because the child adapts to thier surrondings, i have studied childcare for three years and yes breast feeding is good, most books will point out that all babies are different and have tier own ages for certain skills

I dont belive in the breast feeding makes your child smart or not I did not breast feed my three year old and he is just as smart as any other child that got breast feed. Its all about how the parents play with the child to stimulate the brain. Infants are at a critical stage where the brain waves are developing and thats the best time to read, play, and take them all over the place so they can react to it all.

studies show that breast feeding is best for YOU and baby. when you breastfeed it acts as natures birth control. doctors recommend that you breast feed for at least a year. if that is not possible there are a few alternatives. 1) you can start your baby on formula 2) you can pump breast milk for when you will not be home and tell who ever is taking care of your child to feed him/her it. breast pumps can bought at virtually any store with a baby section. it is a fairly common item. and yes studies have shown that babies that are breast fed tend to have more rapid brain development. that is not to say that this is 100% this is just what i have read and they have found to be common.

Breast fed babies are healthier. The baby gets some of our antibodies from the Brest milk and that is what helps their immune system. As for smarter I don't think so. Also 2 months is enough time for the baby to get the antibodies it needs. It also helps with the baby bond with you

No your baby will not be smarter if their breastfeed. Dr say it helps the babies immune system but I can't tell I never breastfeed my son and he never even had an ear infection. My mom never breastfeed me and I never even had a stay in the hospital until I gave birth to my son at 25 years old so I just think its the luck of the draw. My friend breastfeed her son and he just got tubes put in his ears from having to many ear infections. Its your choice whatever works for you don't let anyone make you feel bad either way.

I have breastfeed 1 and she is I say smarter then my last two. My last two were formula feed and they dont seem to be as advanced as her. Breastfeed babies are less likely to get ear infection, it help there immune system be stronger, less likely to get colds as often as formula feed babies.

Most experts believe that breastfeeding a baby can up it's IQ by up to 10 points. So yes, breastfeeding is benifical to your baby's intelligence. This may or may not be the reason for your little one's success... you may just have a fast learner on your hands. Give her challenging things to play with and do and no doubt she will keep on learning! Congrats.

there are studies to show that breast feeding can help brain development, it also helps to prevent cervical and breast cancer in the mother and several different cancers in the child, for who ever does not believe me i suggest looking it up I'm sure its not difficult to find,
i myself fed my baby breast milk but i had to pump and bottle feed her my breast milk as she would not latch,
i hope i gave her the best start in life and like your baby she is very advanced for her age.
good luck

Yes it's true and I'll tell you why:
Babies that breastfeed suck all the mother's brain cells out during feeding. Which would explain your stupid f$#$%ing question.
Have a nice day
