Girls what kind of guy impresses you except the ones that have expensive cars and or a large pocket?

what would impress you if you didnt know about his job or how much money he has/earns.

I look for how much respect he is showing toward me. I got over the bad boy syndrom probably around oh 24. I want someone that has a job. It doesnt have to be the best but he should be getting paid and be able to put in his fair share. He has to be able to stand on his own and not be afraid to depend on me once in a while and be able to provide the same for me.

Yeah looks are important but not as important as it used to be. Of course he can't be scary looking though. Personality and good humor go a long way as well as being able to hold down a coversation that doesn't consist of sex.

Might sound funny but money doesn't matter to me.I found my boyfriend by a fortunate accident on the Internet,and he's also a fellow student at my university.
anyway,I was never interested in how much money he or his family has,neither did I care for cars and stuff.Heck,he hasn't even got a driving license!
What is important to me in a guy is:
- he has to be honest with me
- he must have good humor
- he musn't be dumb as hell
- I'm not going for the looks that much (hair color/eye color can be any)
- he has to be a non smoker
- he has to be faithful to me (doesn't meen he has to marry me at once)
- has to have a hell lot of patience
- he has to tolerate that I need my time on my own sometimes

thats not true, for your information, some of us girls prefer paying, like myself, except we're never given the chance to. if some1 doesnt like u 4 who u r or bcoz ur not rich or u have an expensive car it doesnt mean u can judge every1 ok? i personally can care less about a guys money, but he cant be greedy. oh n i also dont care that much about looks incase u think, oh so she cares about looks if its not money, but a guy should look acceptable..how unkind of u.

I am impressed if the man acts like a gentleman. That means looking me in the eye when he speaks to me and also looks at me when I speak to him. Compliment me on my clothing.

A guy who is genuine, and is not cocky. Also, a gentleman, because that is impressive by itself, due to the fact that not many guys are like that nowadays.

Intelligence...his sense of humor, his kindness and general respect for himself and for others. BTW...not every woman is impressed with the size of a man's bank account....or what kind of car he drives *yawn*.

just be yourself & dont fake it...if you are genuine & nice its more than enough....be caring & a gentleman...be a friend...its your character & personality that impresses & not your cars, bike or wallet...& believe me for the girls for whom these things matter are not even worth impressing...they'll leave you when they find a guy with bigger cars & bigger pockets...
