I hate to argue with you but you have had an erection or their is something terrible wrong with you.
Men get wat is called a nocternal erection every night, and quite often you must have woke needing to pee really bad and had an erection from that.
So yes you have had a penis erection

Sounds like you have Erectile Dysfunction and you need to go see a doctor. There could be something blocking the tubes that the blood flows through when you get an erection causing that not to happen. Go see a doctor!!!

if you mean in your entire life then you would need to go to a urologist. i've never not known for it not to happen or ever heard of any such cases. unless your female you wouldn't get one. i know mant religous peple and no matter how they are, they still get aroused.
