I am looking for remote control and collar that keeps your pet inside the yard and is an option to a fence.?

Someone I work with told me about this. It is a remote that you can take with you wherever you go and you can set it up with to how many feet or yards you allow your pet to go.

I believe you can find those at like PetSmart....or even possibly like Walmarts.

There is also a company in my area Ohio/Michigan called the Invisible Fence Company but I believe that is more a permanent fence than portable.

Yes. I have remote control shock collars. I trained my dogs in a few days. Now I just put the collars on, and don't have to follow them around and warn, then shock them if they go outside the boundries. I only had to use the actual shock part 2 times. They give a warning beep first. Worked great for us, and I found them online. Much cheaper than electric fence. Good Luck

Try Invisible Fence Company - Its a company that puts fence under ground where you cant see it but your dog Will Not cross it - they wear a collar and if they try to go over the fence it gives them a little shock - this way you dont have to sit outside and watch them to make sure they dont cross it - or use a remote - the fence does it all for you!!! You should be aware that a fast dog can run through an invisible fence will very little discomfort. Other dogs can also come into your yard.

Not a fan of invisible fences or anything similar, they are not very reliable for many dogs.
