what scares you is who you don't know who you are. accept yourself & that the unknown if full of fear. sounds like you're letting it paralyze you. don't.
sexuality cannot ruin your life unless you let it. be resposible. get aware. find the information that will allow you to make the right, nurturing, healing choices for you.

Sexuality is a part of who we all are as living beings. You can not stop being sexual, it would be like trying to not breath. If you find that you are hypersexual, talk with your doctor, there may be a true medical problem that can be solved or at least treated.
If you don't have a physiological problem, then you might need to talk with a councellor to help develop a healthy idea about sex and sexuality. Sexuality is part of our identity. Taboos and sociological ideals can make us feel self-conscious about our sexuality and physical desires.
There is a responsibility that comes with sex, so we do need to be aware of what we are doing and the consequences of our actions.
Everything considered, you should not be scared of your sexuality, and it should not be ruining your life. If you find that this is the case, talk with your doctor and/or concellor.

hey hey hey !!!!! calm , calm down !! what happen with your sexuality?, what is wrong? why is ruining your life? you need understand the sexuality is part of you, of you body , is something natural, if you started finding your sexuality is normal you like to much and want more and more , Don't repress what you feel, it is not something for what you should feel guilty, alone you have to begin to be responsible, because there are illnesses and consequences
And the detail of having sex is to make it with the person that you love NOT with the first person that you find in the street, just think and be responsible and everything will be o.k .

You can't stop sexuality but you can stop sex. If you are young, than that is your body's way of growing up and it is going to happen no matter what. If it scares you because you are finding out that you are attracted and turned on by the same sex as you, then you need to go talk to someone that you trust. Well, even if you are not sure what is going on, then find someone that you can talk to about this. You will grow up and this surge of hormones that you have now will slow down and get easier to handle.

Sadly, you can't. It'll get better with time: I PROMISE!!! Hey, I have ADD, Fibromyalgia (chronic muscle pain, esp. neck/shoulders), an anxiety disorder, and, among other things, a little brother with Autism. If I can survive from the onset of puberty till now (18 2/3), YOU CAN TOO!!!!
Some tips. It's OK to cry. I don't cry in front of people except my dad, sometimes my mom, & my psychiatrist. (Seeing a psychiatrist was what got me through Senior year of high school!)
OK, I'm religious & I don't know if you are, but being able to talk to God was REALLY therapeutic for me, even if some of it was more like "crying to God in the shower."
I'm sorry if some of this doesn't really make sense. I don't mean to cause more confusion for you. I really DO want to help.
If nothing else, please take this advice. DON'T GO TO YOUR FRIENDS. They have as much life experience as you do, more or less. Go to your parents, & if you feel that you can't go to them go to another trusted adult. Profesional help is the best. A psychiatrist, NOT a psycologist: a psychiatrist can prescribe medications (mine put me on Paxil--thank the Lord!--& something else to help me with my nervous habit).

Why would you every want to stop it. It can be a great help in developing your knowledge and spirtuality. Read some good work on how to use your sexuality in a positive and good way. Find good and loving partners, do not waste it on meaningless people. Find the good and use it.
