men sometimes refer to the human races a hole, or it is easier to say men instead of people or humans. Do you want them to say 12 men and 4 girls working? What do you do if one called in sick.

bc have you ever noticed that when men do things they announce it... like they have to get credit for everything they do. i mean the sign is so you don't run them down but in another case its like when men wash the dishes they'd be like I WASHED THE DISHES... no duhh ... i figured it was you ... we don't have ltitle elves that clean dishes... but if women say like oh i did all the wash and fed the dog and cleaned the floors men would be like okay big deal... thats your job...pshh silly men...
