Sending a pet to a veterinarian can cost lots of money and there is no insurance for pets. My dog had surgery done and it cost about $2000!! Plus he needed some meds too.. another $100/month.
Dog are man's best friend and yet we can't get our pets some insurance.

there is such a thing as pet insurance but you have to read the fine print because some can be a huge waste of $. Pay close attention to what is considered a pre-existing condition and what is covered in that arena. I had a bad experience with one pet insurance company that pretty much said that anything my pet had even been tested for would be excluded for life. My dog was a puppy and had been tested for quite a bit when I first brought him home...I would make sure that you look into this before purchasing any pet insurance policy. Also check the cancellation policy and see if the insurance will cancel when your pet reaches a certain age. The price range for coverage for a dog can be anywhere from $15-50 per month depending on how much coverage and what type of plan you purchase. Check out www.petinsurance.com. I have heard a lot about them but have not used them myself - I too am shopping for a policy.

Then, you place up a declare to your insurance agency and that they reimburse you based on the words of your coverage. as with every insurance, the greater insurance you want, the greater your rates fee. it rather is extremely considerable to comprehend what's roofed and at what point so which you don't get a marvel later. no longer each puppy insurance agency is the comparable, or maybe regulations in the comparable agency could have critically diverse coverages, deductibles and coverage limits. once you have some rates, it would be precious to call your first few possibilities on the telephone. There is pet insurance if you want to pay for it. It is more expensive to buy insurance than pay for the few problems, if any, that might arise. Search online for pet insurance because they are out there.
