Round white tablet imprinted P2 is 200 mg ibuprofen, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It's generic Advil.
Any pills you find should be thrown down the toilet. You can always bring them to a pharmacist and they may be able to determine what it is in case you are suspecting someone of taking illegal drugs.

I believe it is generic advil (ibuprofin) but you probably should call the center for disease control (or Poison Control) Whatever it's called in your area they should be able to help.
