Emo , great Comedian. I saw him about 16 years ago in a chicago comedy club.

As an occassional answer in a crossword puzzle (a three-letter word with the clue "Comedian Phillips") and vaguely in his onstage persona. He was this lank, lean fellow who looked like he walked out of a nursery rhyme! (e.g., Jack Sprat)
