hi neha r u a indian then u will understand it in a better way
put some grams in the water 4r whole night , next day u will see it swells , now remove the water & tie the swollen grams and moong into a porous cloth 4r 12 hrs. u will find that roots r sprouted. wash the whole n then eat it everyday for a month. do the same procedure that is wetting one set little amt in water then tie in cloth the day u tie , wet some more grams,moong in water. u will become healthy in a month it is surety. its my personal experience. exercise, drinking plenty of water is a must

Skinny doesn't mean unhealthy. If you exercise, get plenty of sleep, eat good food, and you are otherwise okay, then don't worry about what people think and say.

boiled eggs ,b-50 vitamins ..wheat breads,pasta...and switch every meal to include either one whole fruit or vegatable..peach,apple,orange,grapefruit,kiwi,tomato,8 leaves of dark green lettuce,bannanas,watermelon..one whole cucumber,...oh yea salmon or shrimp twice a week ..Mayonase in small amounts like grill cheese with tomatos inside...drink at least a gallon of water everyday...try for a pickup..black coffee hot with honey..fresh..then cooled like room temperature..you will get healthy.....

ha. it's probably fat people who are asking you this... (am i right). im a little thing myself at 5'4" and 100 lbs and i'm 28. usually the people thinking you are to thin are fat 40yr old ladies who only wished they looked as good. i can eat whatever i want and not get fat!
