There's two ways to make a chocolate milkshake. Milkshakes are of course made with milk, chocolate and ice cream. The other is Chocolate Malt which of course is made using a powdered malt base, much the same as a Milkshake.

Need an electric blender first.
Add a few ice cubes,
about 12 ounces of milk (1 glass),
1/2 cup of ice cream
1/2 cup of Nestles Chocolate Mix (powdered in a can)
OR 1/2 cup of Nestles Chocolate Syrup (liquid in bottle)
3 Tablespoons sugar
Blend on medium for 4-5 minutes.
serve in a chilled glass you had in freezer a while.

you need a blender. Put chocolate ice cream in a blender and add chocolate milk and chocolate syrup. Blend. I find that if you use chocolate ice cream and chocolate milk, it tastes much better than starting with vanilla ice cream and white milk.

you need to have a blender...
have two or three scoops of chocolate ice-cream, add about one-third cup of milk, add some ice in the blender and blend it...and voila...chocolate milkshake...
if, it aint sweet enough add some sugar syrup..
i am not sure, but some people actually like this, (i dont though) add a teaspoon of peanut butter into the blender..try it..but dont blame me if you dont like it.. but trust me, there are people loving the peanut butter..
