how do you eliminate that buterfly feeling in you stomach?

I get that all the time. I just try to take a deep breath, close my eyes, and tell myself that everything's gonna be alright. It helps a little.

It also might be wise if you don't eat right before you're going to go to an interview/speech/whatever. Then you probably won't feel quite so sick to your stomach.

Yes and I don't, most the time the feeling never goes away until everything's over, but that's just me

Yes, I get it too. I can't make it go away. It goes away on it's own when I calm down, or don't feel nervous anymore.

of course! i think its perfectly normal. but if you want it to go away, i suggest taking slow, deep breaths and laughing.
