Well, I'm not really sure I don't think there is a real standard to convert dog to human years. I know I hear the 6-7 human years to 1 dog year a lot. According to that, your dog (and lots of others) would be over 100 years old. And how many humans live to be 100+? Not very many.
My dog was about 18 years old when she died. And my grandmother had a dog who was 20 years old. It was a small dog, and it was actually quite healthy until the last year of it's life.
In general, though, little dogs seems to live longer and age a bit more gracefully than big dogs.

Small terrier breeds might live as long as 20 years.

112 - a dog is 7 years to our 1 so you multiply 16 times 7 to get 112 years old. Poor dog is getting tired.

To figure that out you have to multiply 16 times 7 that is the age of your dog in human years.

According to the most current calculations, your dog is 77 years old.
The new chart, calculates 10.5 years for each of the first two years, and 4 human years for each year after.
