Honey why should u be nervous just go up to the dude and say Hi my name is ???? and if he is any type he will start talking to you remember girls have the upper hand because dudes are to scared or to shy to make the first move.OK

say hello, and strike up a conversation.....begin with something you know he likes or has done lately....he'll start talking about what he enjoys so he'll be doin all the talking....just break the ice.....guys are guys.....they're not gonna eat you....Good luck
