I think you should get a lighter brown or honey color highlights and you should make them thin highlights unless you like the chunky ones.

well if your hair is kinda a reddish black, a red-brown would be nice, or if its got more of a yellow undertone, i think that honey would be good. Best would be to go to a stylist and ask for a consultation. They usually are free. Good luck!

Honeys, carmels, coppers and reds.
go to www.redkencolor.com and you can find great looks, there was a model on there with brown-red highlights and she had darker skin
and it was BEAUTIFUL. You can also find a stylist via that site to help creat the look you want

If you are really dark stay away blonde or any thing honey colored. You might want to try a semi permanent color before you make any major desicions.

Have Lo-Lights, there are lots of brilliant colours to choose from. Try Ferrier or Schwarzkopf Live Colour and go for Reds, Purples or Blues. You can do these yourself or have them done by a pro.

THICK BLONDE CHUNKS! They look great on dark skin. Just make sure they don't give you these tiny little streaks that wind up looking like gray hair. Ask them for sections of CHUNKS. Good luck!
