bacano, as you wrote has only one meaning and is spanish slang word used in Colombia (south America), meaning something nice, cool, tight, etc.

In english there are no words that can really convey the meaning, but it is like saying: "very good"

baccalà, is dried codfish
baccanale, is a hell of a good party
bacouni' are small cookies from venice area....
