High maintenance means she needs to be told and taught EVERYTHING when it comes to life. It takes a toll on your energy and your values because they don't get it. Most people who say this just want you to do everything for them, they are in fact using you until they get what they want from you. They don't really want you, just the part of you that gives to others. .
Low maintenance people are those who you can talk to and enjoy your quality time with and really share your life and experiences with them while you grow as a person and an individual.

Its like buying cars. Like a Mercedes is high maintenance, while a Toyota is more durable. The Mercedes will take you places that you really couldn't imagine, and fast. But in the end it will be the Toyota thats gonna last you 200 thousand miles.
Ok so it wasn't a good comparison but hell its moderately funny.

High maintenance means she is materialistic, wants stuff, wants lots of attention etc. How much money you got? LOL

It takes hours for her to do her hair and make-up. she uses a lot of products, and she takes care of her skin, hair and nails very frequently. I'm not saying she takes care of them well, because what women use when they are high maintenence, are not always good for them.

my definition is not the norm. I am high maintenance. I love to be high, having fun and purely enjoying life. i love to be in love and i get such a high out of that.
I like to be treated like a princess,(not in gifts of gold or riches) mainly just complimented, and showered with your complete attention. I love to be sung to. I like to feel like you think the world revolves around you and me, and our relationship, gosh im gettin horny thinking about what that feeling is like. When im there i like to have sex all the time, and even like giving bj's!
The world just couldn't be a better place, Could that be serenity? oh well i could go on and on.
