If it is only one or a few bowel movements, it could simply be something you ate.
If it is consistant, this would be a sign of too much fat in your diet/eating or your body is not properly processing the fat and if this be the case, I would suggest to ask your doctor about ways of finding out "why" your body is not processing the fat as is should.
