I would like to know where I can buy Motorola ac adapter/ charger?
I bough the modem from e-bay but they sent me the wrong ac adapter/charger...so I can't use it.

I called BestBuy and checked out wal-mart, lowes, home-depot, bestbuy....but they don't have it.

The charger's model nomber: PB-1090-1L1
(the brand..I guess is LITEON)
Input is 120V AC 60Hz 0.3A
Output is 12V DC 750mA

Can someone help me....thank you very very much.

Any brand of charger will be satisfactory, but its output must be 12Vdc and rated at least 750mA. It doesn't matter if the current rating is higher.
It must, of course, also have the correct type of connector and you should make sure that the polarity is correct - i.e. check which part, or pin, of the connector is positive and which is negative. This should be indicated on the d.c. input socket of the modem.
