Working Nine to Five as in the movie with Jane Fonda, Dolly Parton and Bet Midler.

Nine To Five
Dolly Parton

Tumble out of bed and stumble to the kitchen
Pour myself a cup of ambition
And yawn
and stretch
and try to come to life.
Jump in the shower
and the blood starts pumping
Out on the street
the traffic starts jumping

With folks like me on the job from nine to five.
Working nine to five
what a way to make living
Barely getting by
it's all taking and no giving.
They just use your mind
and they never give you credit

It's enough to drive you crazy
if you let it.
Nine to five
for service and devotion
You would think that I would deserve a fair promotion

Want to move ahead
but the boss won't seem to let me
I swear sometimes
that man is out to get me.
They let you dream just to watch them shatter
You're just a step on the boss man's ladder

But you've got dreams he'll never take away.
In the same boat with a lot of your friends
Waitin' for the day your ship'll come in
And the tide's gonna turn
and it's all gonna roll your way.

Working nine to five
what a way to make a living
Nine to five
they've got you where they want you

There's a better life
and you dream about it
don't you?
It's a rich man's game
no matter what they call it
And you spend your life putting money in his pocket.

Nine to five
what a way to make a living
Nine to five
they've got you where they want you

Depends if you think your team really need the team building to improve or if you think it will not change anything.

(Guess I have been involved in team building)

Well, there are some options.

It's a Kind of Magic – Queen (if you then say "we are that kind of magic")
Every Breath You Take - The Police (if the team building has not worked, so watch out, improve or else)
Everything I do, I do for you" Bryan Adams (if you do all the work for your team)
Shaddup You Face - Joe Dolce (if this is your last event before leaving the company)

Or some real motivational songs..Eye of the Tiger - Survivor (the whole team versus ...the rest...)

But really, tell what us industry you are in,if its really boring, like accountancy (you can tell I aint an accountant, it all adds up) then something then anything by Dire Straits, I suppose.

Then the answers could be related to your company's industry so you can get better answers and a better chance of a raise come review time. Unless you're sleeping with the Boss. (joke, I know you're not, you sound quite the career girl)

But then perhaps the team building is for a knife toting teenage girl pickpocket mugger gang called "NastyGirlz on "how to rob better" by Lady Painz.

I'm So Excited - The Pointer Sisters (if trying to motivate the laziest team)
Ernie the Fastest Milkman in the West - Benny Hill (if you are milk delivery people)
The Only Way is Up - Jazz or was it Yazz?? (trying to be optimistic with redundacy looming)
Shaddup yer face - Joe Dolce (irony)
Tiger Feet - Mud (just makes you smile)
Winner Takes it All - Abba (if money obsessed)
Money Money Money - Abba (if greedy gits)
Relax - Frankie Goes to Hollywood (if team building was lazy or saucy)
Dancing in the Street - Martha and the Vandellas (I think) if the team building was a bit drunken

Depending on the Happy/cheese factor, I used to work for a corporate theatre company and once did a conference for a large supermarket.
I'd rather not name them as I am now vehemently against their ideals!
but the song Everybody by Vanessa Amorosi got everyone going!
It's upbeat and anthemic! Love it!

Hi ho, hi ho
It's off to work we go
With a shovel and a pick
And a walking stick
Hi ho, hi ho
Hi ho, hi ho
