Yes, I've dyed my hair for years and years so it's a bit dry and damaged, but I find that Pantene Pro-V for dry and damaged is really good for it. I also occassionally use V-05 Hot Oil treatments and deep conditioning treatment from Fructus about once a week.

To be honest - I have read so many brand names and products that are supposed to do this and that to hair and I have walked away. What did I learn? Get yourself educated on hair products and what's in them. Don't forget, companies are trying to sell products and they have scores and teams of people who are verbally trained to enhance wording so that you think their product is a miracle worker - and then they hire wonderful and beautiful Hollywood folks with big bright teeth and super thick hair to sell the product. Don't go there. Know what's in the products you buy and know also that 'name brands' don't always secure correction for dry, damaged hair. Your hair needs therapy when it's dry and damaged and you should check out natural products if you possibly can to help restore your hair to its healthy condition. Read this web site and do some research.

All products that are not professional prouduct... meaning the ones you buy at walmart, target, ect... They have more detergent in them that actually dries the hair out more..but it feels like they help and make your hair feel good because they put a coat of wax on the hair so it feels soft and silky...but its just wax. Try to stick to professional products...They cost more but you use less of the product..and its worth it in the long run

I honestly haven't used pantene, but will recomend you use a great product from saln instead.... I honestly don't think this type of products will help you with damaged hair as well as a salon product will. I found these products that are just great and not too pricey....they deliver exactly what your hair needs as well as your scalp.....this shampoo .... https://secure.myarbonne.com/arbonne/arbonnepuertorico.nsf/p1/1?OpenDocument&shoppingcart=1 ...works to help hair shine..... and this conditioner... https://secure.myarbonne.com/arbonne/arbonnepuertorico.nsf/p1/1?OpenDocument&shoppingcart=1 .... that gets to the root of dryness to condition both hair and scalp for beautiful, healthy results. I also use this hair protectant ....https://secure.myarbonne.com/arbonne/arbonnepuertorico.nsf/p1/1?OpenDocument&shoppingcart=1.... to help my hair get detangled.....
