I have tried help in the limewire area,but still doesen`t work,can anyone please help? Thanks

well what firewall do u have, have you tried disabling your firewall just to check to see if limewire connects.
also do a spyware/virus scan to make sure nothing is getting in the way of the connection.

If you have Windows XP Service Pack 2, I would go back to Service Pack 1 and use your own firewall and protection found in Nortan or McAfee.

It may need to open a portal. But u have 2 find the portal number and configure your router's firewall to open the portal.

TRY DOWNLOADING IT AGAIN , REMOVE AND INSTALL AGAIN.
