My favorite cheese is extra sharp cheddar, the reason being it can be used many different ways and in many recipies. Also when i want to some by itself it is alway's there because nobody else in the house like's it!

I LOVE CHEESE...you can ask anyone who knows me and they will tell you I must be part mouse or something because I love cheese....(lol)
My favorite cheeses are: Blue Cheese, Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Colby/Jack Cheese, Swiss Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, and Cream Cheese (LOL) YUMMY

mozarella cheese coz its stretches and tastes nice.. my second favourite would be cheddar coz dat taste nice in most foods.
