Keep in mind - black or white - whenever processing (straightening, curling, braiding, perming, etc.) is done to the hair, you are weakening the follicles and hair shafts. You need to consider enough time in between processes to allow hair to breathe and grow and get stronger. Condition, condition, condition always....

I would say if you just get it dyed it is not safe to dye for at least a month if you don't want to lose your hair and if you dye it very frequently your hair will reach it's dying limit and not respond to the hair color

Depends on what type of Color you are using. If it is a semi-permanent then it is safe to use every day(although I wouldn't) if it is a permanent color(Covers grey) then do it once a month.(Depends on how fast your hair grows, mine grows about an inch a month in the summer)

i dont know caz i dy my hair like twice a year i think 7 times a year is too much?
