God bless.

Better thin. I'd hate to be so big that I couldn't fly on an airplane, fit in a public bathroom, or leave my house. Either one is very dangerous, but I at least want to be able to walk by myself!

you have a BMI (physique mass index) of 20.4. A healthy BMI is seen to be the two between 18.5 and 25, or between 20 and 25; above 25 is obese, above 30 obese, and above 40 morbidly obese. somebody with a BMI of below 20 choose no longer hassle approximately being underweight till their BMI is below 18.5. Your BMI is easily healthy. in spite of the indisputable fact that, BMI would not take physique fat under consideration, because of the fact it is purely a level of top and weight. Muscle weighs better than fat, so somebody with a intense lean muscle mass and espresso physique fat might seem to have a healthy BMI, yet easily have too little physique fat to be healthy; they might additionally seem to have an obese BMI, yet easily be at a healthy weight and physique fat point. Alternately, somebody with little lean muscle mass and intense physique fat might desire to be seen to be at a healthy weight in accordance to BMI, whilst in reality their physique fat is unhealthily intense. in spite of the indisputable fact that, at your top and weight - and on the grounds that your friends say which you're skinny - it is maximum probable that sure, you're skinny. (remember, "no longer fat" isn't comparable to "skinny"; you won't be able to be skinny and nonetheless no longer be fat. additionally, "skinny" and "no longer fat" do no longer continually mean "healthy" or "proper".) you in all likelihood have problems at the same time with your physique image for a style of reasons, at the same time with low shallowness, the way that present day society has intertwined a guy or woman's self-well worth with their physique image (meaning that because of the fact of our custom, you associate feeling indignant, upset, unhappy or in many circumstances upset with feeling fat), or maybe purely regularly occurring insecurities approximately your physique.
