It is raining in Bangkok now. But August is almost the start of the tourist season. The weather will be good during that time. All the theme parks will be open.

The rainy season had started, so it will be a 50-50 chance of either the sun or the rain. No one can be so precise to tell you what is going to happen. It can start out sunny and rain within the hour. So, no guarantee of what it is going to be like.

Oh, and rain or shine, the theme parks will be opened.
