the reason he wont give me oral is because he says he just doesnt like doing that. its not me he just wont. he said the only way he will do it is if he can deep throut me the whole time but i know thats not going to happen.

You need to be open and honest with him. Tell him what you want, what you NEED. If you continue to feel unsatisfied, the next step would be for you to find someone who will.
If he does not want to then he is not trying to please you.

Talk to him. Find out if there is a reason. Relatioships require a lot of communication to work, don't come to strangers for advice, go to him. Just remember to look out for yourself, because in the end, no one else will. If you are unhappy, or unfullfilled by this man, maybe it's time to move on.
