It's impossible to pinpoint one thing. For me it's how all of a person's individual traits come together. Our sum is greater than out parts after all.

For a girl, the most attractive thing on her is really divided into two things, her eyes and her smile. Her eyes can show you the kind of person she is on the inside, and her smile can show you how she treats and takes care of herself.

most females might answer personality cause most of them look 4 an enduring relationship. most males might answer beauty cause most of them look 4 sex.
as i've just said, "most"...
age, culture and other factors influences ur opinion.
although i am a man i choose personality cause i am pro marrige and enduring relationships. beauty passes in time but personality improves (more or less).
conclusion : improve ur personality cause that's what defines you as a person in the 1st place.

Physically: Hair (must be touchable...curly/wavy hair is adorable), facial hair (I like the unshaven look), height (must be taller than me which isn't that difficult, I'm pretty short), and weight (must be heavier than me which again, isn't that difficult).
Mentally/internally/whatever: A good sense of humor and gentleman-like qualities tinged with rugged manliness.
