Are the Military men/women stupid? Do they know the Iraqi people and the American people do not want the troops in Iraq? Do they ( Military ) read polls?

i dont read polls listen to what people that have never been have to say about iraq
i follow my orders what you think and all the other people that dont serve thier country have to means nothing to me

NO the military men and women are NOT stupid. and how can you speak for the american and the iraqi people, you are one person, you dont have the right to speak for everyone. especially the iraqi people because obviously you havent been there and seen it so you have no clue. yeah there are insurgents that dont want us there, but there are so many other iraqis that see all the positive things that we are doing and they want us there. and also, even if the americans and the iraqis didnt want the military there, they dont really have a choice in the matter. when you join the military you take an oath and you are subject to rules that require you to obey orders from your superiors. so if Bush, the chief of the army says that they have to be there, then they have to be there. stop dissing the soldiers when you have NO IDEA what you are talking about.

First off,It's not the military men and women's faults they're in Iraq. They're just following orders from their commander in chief. Secondly, most of the population of Iraq is ecstatic that were there, there are just some idiots who think they'll ruin our resolve by blowing themselves up on the side of the road. What were doing over there has needed to be done for twenty years. YOU should be proud of what the American fighting man/woman is doing in Iraq regardless of what the media says or what "polls" say people say.

for one, most military men and women don't have time for leisure things such as reading. What time they do have they spend sleeping, eating, and talking with family. When my hubby was there he new that a lot of people didn't agree with the war but that at least 80% of the people were behind him 100%. When on tower duty the kids and most adults on the other side of the fence would smile and wave at him daily. In seeing that he didn't care about those who back him up in that he was there. Apparently they aren't stupid, your stupid *** still has the right to type on the computer, to go to work, or to go to the store without worry about getting shot. So if you want to know if someone is stupid id look in the mirror and ponder for a little.

For one, America isn't against the military. It's against the politcal views. Big difference. The Commander-In-Chief (the President) and his Senators along with all those fancy suit congressmen decide on how long the military stays there. It's not their choice. They signed up to defend our country and they're getting pulled in to take care of a mess scrwed up by our Political authorities. Don't look down on the military for that. They did nothing wrong. I was once in Iraq myself and hated being there but had to do my job, so watch what you say and pay attention to the news more.

You are very offensive. Here these men and women are putting their lives on the line for innocent Iraqis and also to make your lives safer (remember 9-11?) and you call them stupid? They are brave -- and yes, they see the polls that say the American's are in supportive of them and split on the war... and there are Iraqi's that want them there too - for protection and for what they've improved.... I have friends there and I know what the media doesn't share or "screws" for a certain Anti-Bush, anti-military perception. And yes, I am a proud military wife, whose husband is overseas putting his life on the line - so don't you call him stupid.... may God bless you though

It doesn't matter. The percentage of the public of America that are against the military presence in Iraq is less than the percentage of military personell in Iraq that are against the military presence in Iraq. They stay as a matter of service to the country, not because it's making them happy to be there. Don't you read military polls?

Look whos talking stupidity. Those men and women you call stupid are only doing their job. They fallow orders. Your president and his govermnet decided to go to war saying was weapons of mass destructiong, but the truth is they are fighting for oil. The people in the goverment and stupid people that complain like you, get to go home every night. They get to sleep in a comfy bed without fear of getting killed. They miss birthdays and aniversaries, even xmas. They are away from family and friends trying to help some people that dont want their help to begin with. you think thats easy? Yes they know they are not wanted in Irak, yes they read the polls but they are over there in harms way doing their job. If you dont like it maybe you should talk to your senators and let them know how you feel. If you dont have anything nice to say about this men and women dont say anything! Im very proud of all of them God bless them and bring them back safe.

We are NOT against the military , but we are against our government to keep the military over there. Hopefully i've corrected a typo or something that came out wrong, but if it wasn't , then you sure have the wrong end of the stick, pal.
