This goes mainly to the non-believers. What will you do after the rapture happens? Try to live the rest of your life for Christ and put up w/ persecution? Or just give in like a coward to the devil??

Please, don't give me answers like "don't worry that'll never happen". I just want to know what is it that you'll do when it does happen, if it happens while you're still on Earth.

bc munkee: why is it that you are practically attacking me when all I did was ask a simple question out of curiousty?

eriayasha: I think you might wanna read the book of Revelations again. It says that all the foloowers are going to ascend w/ the Lord. The 144,000 are something else.

BrendaWise: didn't I ask you to not say "the rapture won't happen"?? Its a simple question of curiosity. You could at least answer it as if it were a hypothetical question.

theC2uMe: I don't understand what you meant by "42".

See if theres still music and try to find a place where plain old, not good, not bad, just humans can go. And try to find a drink.
Or see if I can simply die and be dead. Torture seems a bit unrealistic from such a loving God.

You are talking like a kook. No such thing as a rapture is going to happen, because it is just nonsense that people have been talking about for 2000 years and more. It is like the end of the world, which is always going to happen tomorrow but never does. What are you going to do when you die, and you find there is no Heaven or Hell? Are you going to wish you had lived your life in a saner and less cowardly perspective?

I'm assuming by this question that you are a Christian and you have given your life and heart to God. But let me ask you this? Do you really think asking questions like this are going to make "non-believers" as you call them decide to become Christians on the spot? I'm sorry, I'm not trying to get you down--I respect that you want to try to share with them, but questions like this only make people more turned off to your religion. Shoot, I'm a Christian myself and questions like this bother me. I believe what I believe because it is what makes sense. I believe that it is the truth, but questions like this just make Christians look like judgmental and pushy people and that is EXACTLY why so many people in the world today can't stand Christianity. Is it really so hard to just love people no matter what? God loves everyone--whether they are Catholic, Muslim, Jewish, Protestant, Hindu, Atheist or whatever else there may be out there--so we should too and loving them involves respecting their beliefs and not trying to be pushy. Just let your light shine, love people, spread joy--if you do that well, then you will make more of a difference than you ever would by being pushy and judgmental.

The Bible doesn't speak of a rapture. Rather, the world will be burned up when Jesus returns (2 Peter 3:10-12).

Have you ever thought about just living a good life? Try it for one day, and you might realize that you alone control what happens. There is no need to wait for the last day, when there is a very good chance that the story is simply a myth. You make me sad.

I will go on as before, relaxed in the knowledge that no more irritating people are going to knock on my door trying to sell me a pamphlet about my eternal soul, or to argue with me when I say I don't need saving, thank-you very much!

If the Mother Nature ends, my life will be of no use. I guess that wud b my last day. I don believe in God, so no question of serving him. But till I am alive on this planet, I ll serve Mother Earth till my last breath.

The "Rapture"... sadly, you might want to read the Bible again. The rapture will only take 144,000 people. And not just people... just men. And not just men, but virgin Jewish men.

Good luck with your chances on that.

I'm Wiccan all that silly rapture stuff, the devil, ect. doesn't bother me. Besides why would god want to destroy everything he made? For the heck of it? I don't think so.

I hope I go with Jesus when the rapture takes place, but if I do not I will have them kill me so that I do not spend eternity in hell.
